Senior maintenance technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization in Cork.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver projects through various stages, including commercialization.
* Develop and implement maintenance systems, such as Carlow 2 CMMS, Pro-Cal, and general maintenance systems, to support project timelines and milestones.
* Maintain process and production equipment, ensuring ongoing preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure continuous operation.
* Support maintenance planning and preventative maintenance through completion of planned and emergency work orders, calibrations, PMs, etc.
* Operate and monitor production support equipment, using MES/DCS and PLC based systems, to ensure optimum equipment uptime and target outputs.
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.
* Time-serviced Apprenticeship or equivalent Certificate/Diploma in an Engineering or related discipline is required.
