Goods In SAP Administrator Team Lead Transition Leading Air Freight logistics company are searching for a Goods-In Warehouse Operative and SAP Administrator.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in an organised, fast-paced warehouse environment and looking to gradually move into a team leader position over time.
This role combines the hands-on duties of a warehouse operative with the technical and administrative responsibilities of SAP data management.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, hold a valid counterbalance forklift license, demonstrate team leading skills, excellent organisational skills to ensure efficient inventory tracking and inventory management.
Working with a collaborative and motivated warehouse team, this role plays a vital part in ensuring inventory accuracy and the smooth operation of goods-in processes.
The successful candidate will be required to handle goods receipt, manage SAP data entries, and support various operational activities.

Responsibilities: Perform goods-in activities, ensuring accurate loading/unloading of incoming goods.
Operate a counterbalance efficiently to handle and move goods safely throughout the warehouse.
Use SAP to record and manage stock levels whilst ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management, suggesting improvements as and when necessary.
Assist in Implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across warehouse functions.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as updating records, generating reports, and providing status updates on inventory levels.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements: Proven experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a Goods-In role .
Proficiency with SAP.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a hands-on approach to challenges.
Valid counterbalance forklift license.
(Essential).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively (Preferred).
Relevant certifications in warehouse operations or team management (desirable).
Familiarity with health and safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle varied tasks and responsibilities.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
