We are seeking a skilled Software Test Analyst to contribute to the development of high-quality digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and developers to create effective test plans and designs.
* Design and implement relevant business and technical test cases based on in-depth requirements reviews.
* Report on overall test status and identify root causes and resolutions for defects.
* Liaise with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineers to outline test entry and exit criteria.
* Participate in projects across various methodologies to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Requirements
* A strong candidate will have a passion for understanding how things work and an eye for detail to design and implement tests that validate software performance.
* Effective communication skills to present test results to diverse audiences and improve software quality outcomes.
* Ability to look for opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce rework through automation.
* Relevant qualifications such as Test Automation certification, Project Management Qualifications (e.g. Agile, IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2), ISTQB Advanced, or Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering degree.

The Software Test Analyst position is part of the I.T group within the Wealth and Insurance business unit, working with a dynamic team of I.T professionals across the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle.
