Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating corporate Talent Development and Employee Engagement program initiatives. The successful candidate will assist with administration of various programs, learning management systems, and communication channels.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate talent development and employee engagement program initiatives.
* Perform administrative tasks for the internal Learning Management System (Workday Learning).
* Curate learning materials and manage communications for corporate programs.
* Report on program metrics to measure success.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday LMS.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
