About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Part Time HR Manager to join our Irish team based in our South Dublin office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function across all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, update, and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, keeping the company up to date with best practices for both ROI and NI based employees.
* Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and implement a Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
* Lead HR-related projects, including change management initiatives.
* Manage all recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
* Manage the TUPE process, dealing with all issues that may arise.
About You
You will report directly into the CEO and collaborate with the management team, supporting them with your HR Management experience and knowledge.
This is a part-time role working 20 hours over 4 days in our Dublin office.
