Your new company
As Legal Administrator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 12-month basis to support with a busy time. You will have a hybrid working model.
Your new role
As Legal Administrator, you will support management and a wider team within their Legal Services Team. Your duties will include but are not limited to issuing/receiving instructions to/from solicitors, title review and drafting contracts, managing client queries, raising and replying to pre-contractual enquires, registration of properties both in the registry of Deeds & Land Registry, dealing with Land Registry queries & rejections, drafting legal documents, scheduling title documents and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar legal administration role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Experience working within a team and independently with excellent organisational skills is necessary to effectively meet the deadlines. You will also have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
