The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing hotel operations, with 3-5 years of experience in a busy 4 or 5 star hotel. A hospitality qualification is considered advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and collaborate with departmental managers to ensure smooth hotel operations.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the guest experience.
* Maintain high standards of communication, leadership, organization, and time management.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in hotel management in a busy 4 or 5 star hotel.
* Hospitality qualification (considered advantageous).
* Excellent financial management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS.
Package Offered:
* Competitive salary between €60,000 - €65,000 (dependent on experience).
* Performance-based bonus.
