Standards manager provides operational and project management support to in the day to day standards activities/processes.
Qualifications
Experience in standards related work, in particular ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and GAMP5 in the area of software development.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to develop and maintain work processes.Self-starter with ability to prioritise and execute projects by defined deadlines. Excellent attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Experience in administration of QMS systems.Experience in administration of JIRA and Confluence.Experience with international type approvals is a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with relevant internal teams, including product management, project management, development, quality assurance and customer support, to establish work practices and procedures that align with industry standards and corporate policies. In collaboration with process owners, draft written policies and procedures related to key business processes and ensure they are properly communicated.Perform internal audits and process reviews to determine whether established procedures are being followed and identify areas for improvement. Manage the external audit programme to ensure that all nonconformities raised during audits are analysed, effectively corrected and independently verified. Coordinate international type approvals for telematics devices.Maintain document control of all relevant policies, procedures and records. Manage an internal system of nonconformities and corrective actions. Support customers, dealers and other personnel in standard related queries.Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
