Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to collaborate with our Investment Management client and contribute to the successful configuration and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
- Document and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
* Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and document as-is and to-be process maps.
- Provide recommendations for process enhancements and CRM system configurations.
* Solution Design and Validation:
- Work with the project team to design CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure that the proposed solutions align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Validate and test the configured CRM system to ensure it meets the defined requirements.
* Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Communicate project updates, issues, and solutions clearly and effectively.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
* Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support the CRM implementation.
* Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Develop and generate reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
* Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the CRM system meets business requirements.
- Identify and document defects and work with the technical team to resolve them.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during the testing phase.
* Change Management:
- Support change management activities, including training and communication efforts.
- Assist in developing and delivering training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using the new CRM system.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with CRM projects.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in business process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Office, Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
