Sales Director - Join a Leading Company in Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance Sector
My Client is a leading company within the Environmental, Sustainability and Governance sector, dedicated to delivering a greener and safer built environment. They have experienced phenomenal growth over the last 5 years and are now looking to recruit a SALES DIRECTOR to join the Business in a newly created role.
This role will report to the Managing Director, who is focused on ambitious growth plans following recent investments. The ideal candidate will be a proven Sales Director who can lead the Sales Team, manage sales processes, and drive performance.
Base Salary: circa 90,000 - 110,000 euro (with potential flexibility) and OTE is circa 180,000 - 200,000, along with pension and health benefits. Candidates must have a sales background with ideally 3-5 years in a sales leadership role and must be able to travel to the UK/Europe throughout the year (10-15% travel).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the company’s overall revenue growth strategy.
* Oversee all revenue-generating departments (Sales, Customer Success, Business Development) and ensure cross-collaboration with the Marketing Team.
* Identify new market opportunities and growth areas for revenue expansion.
* Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
Requirements and Skillset
* Minimum of 3-5 years of sales leadership experience.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience managing sales teams and collaborating across multiple business functions.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
* Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and emerging sales technologies.
To be considered for this role, you must be eligible to live/work in Ireland and be able to travel to the UK/Europe.
