We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team.
This role is critical to enabling the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness by managing their schedule, communications, and key projects.
You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring that information from the leadership team is streamlined and presented in the format that aligns with the CEOs preferences.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.
You will act as a trusted partner, maintaining alignment between the CEO and the broader leadership team while ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organisation.
While this role is remote, candidates must be based in Ireland and possess a drivers licence, as occasional in-person meetings and events are required.
Key Responsibilities Manage the CEOs schedule, travel arrangements, and expense reports to ensure their time and priorities are optimised.
Act as the gatekeeper for information flowing to the CEO, ensuring that reports, updates, and communications from the leadership team are concise, accurate, and presented in the CEOs preferred format.
Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Organise agendas, briefing documents, and presentations for meetings, ensuring the CEO is fully informed and prepared.
Support the CEO in managing high-priority projects, track progress against goals, and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
Handle sensitive company matters with discretion and professionalism, maintaining a high degree of trust.
Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to anticipate needs.
Experience working with senior leaders to align communication styles and formats to their preferences is a strong advantage.
