Customer Service Specialist – Evening Shift - 5pm to 1am – US Market
My client, a multinational medical device manufacturer based in Galway, seeks to hire a new Customer Service Specialist to join their team, supporting their clients in the US market. This role requires working full-time on-site between the hours of 5pm and 1am. It is a permanent position, reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, with an attractive salary and shift pattern allowance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns efficiently and effectively, resolving issues regarding the company's products, including complaints, queries, refunds, etc.
2. Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
3. Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
4. Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all procedures.
5. Working in a safe manner at all times.
6. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Fluency in spoken and written English.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work 5 evenings onsite, from 5pm to 1am is essential.
