The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of cutting-edge invasive medical devices, from early concept through commercialization and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to cross-functional project teams and senior stakeholders.
* Manage one or more programs with defined plans and structured delivery methodologies.
* Establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk management strategies.
* Ensure project alignment with business goals, managing resources and skillsets to meet deliverables.
* Motivate and develop internal teams and external vendors, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
* Drive technical innovation in product design and development of world-class medical devices.
* Collaborate effectively across functions and geographies, resolving challenges through influence and communication.
* Maintain up-to-date project plans and adapt to changing priorities.
* Ensure clear and effective reporting to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Level 8 degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
* Proven experience in medical device development is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated leadership of medium to large, high-performing teams.
* Strong knowledge of structured product development, verification, documentation, and risk management (DFMEA, PFMEA).
* Technical expertise in catheter-based or similar product development.
* Skilled in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
* Hands-on experience managing cross-functional product development workstreams.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proven influencing skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
