Manufacturing Sales & Cost Controller Our clients, a multi-nation manufacturing firm, with sites in Ireland and around Europe, are looking for a Sales Cost Controller / Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of the Business. You are the interface between sales and finance and will be responsible for analysing sales data, forecasting revenue, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will help ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the companys financial goals, ultimately contributing to growth and profitability. The Role: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying trends and variances to plan Develop accurate weekly sales forecasts Prepare reports on sales performance, including KPIs and present findings to management and sales team Work closely with the sales team to support pricing process Analyse and monitor customer margin and recommending strategies to optimize margins Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales function, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with the transfer price policy The Person: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of related experience preferred Experience of product costing in a manufacturing environment. Ability to present complex data in an understandable form Exceptional time management and organization skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership and staff Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs, and develop solutions and/or options Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment Ability to travel to sites around Europe.
