As one of ABC’s fastest-growing products, we’re scaling globally, entering new markets, and delivering seamless, intelligent payment solutions with unmatched technology and partner coverage.WHAT YOU'LL DO:As a Product Manager for ABC Fitness Global Payments, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, developing long-term product plans, and defining product features that address those needs. You will also be responsible for the growth and usage of our products to ensure we’re helping enterprise clients get the most value from using ABC’s Glofox platform.At ABC, product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, product marketing, data science and customer-facing teams. You’d be joining a team of experienced Product Managers who have a track record of successfully building large-scale business and SaaS products that are collectively impacting millions of businesses and members around the world.Partner with cross-functional teams to research, document, and deeply understand customer needs in Payments and Billing, designing and deploying new payments experiences. Engage clients, understand market trends and the competitive landscape to translate insights into differentiating product capabilities and features. Define product requirements, provide clear prioritization, and support decisions related to development sequencing. You will also participate in roadmap planning, development reviews and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.Partner with engineering teams to understand the Gloxfox platform and ABC fitness commerce capabilities and technology to develop new products, features and functionality to support growth and industry-best user experiences including subscriptions, recurring payments, collections process, point of sale, User Interfaces and dashboards.Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop product documentation and materials for how we can extend our billing and payments solutions to our clients.Use metrics and analytics to guide product optimization and measure success.Leverage your technical expertise to gain an in-depth understanding of Payment Partners APIs and processing capabilities and contribute to critical discussions on integration and deployment.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:1-2 years of product management experience or equivalent Demonstrated success and execution track record in building and sustaining scalable technology products.Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication. You can collaborate and thrive in productive, healthy debate done with mutual respect and shared goals.
