The successful candidate will join an existing team of group risk analysts and consultants in delivering consulting and broking solutions around Group Life and Group Disability cover to some of Ireland's most prominent and well known employers.Specific experience with group risk benefits is highly desirable, as is consulting experience. The role will offer the opportunity to work on some of our key corporate clients (both domestic and multinational) and with the Irish group risk insurance market.What can you expect:The Group Risk Consulting Team operates across our Dublin and Cork offices (with work from home permitted up to 2 days per week). We deliver group risk consulting and broking services for our clients and their employees. You will work as part of an overall Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) team that also contains, alongside the Group Risk area, consultants that assist clients with Group Medical and Mobility benefit solutions. The MMB team is currently made up of 14 consultants and analysts, delivering solutions to a portfolio of Irish and international clients. The role involves assisting clients in putting in place, monitoring and reviewing employee group risk arrangements, along with providing ad hoc consulting on issues affecting their group risk benefit plans.This role within the team is intended for a candidate with consulting experience and the qualifications required to consult with clients on their group risk benefits from Day 1.
