Job Description:
The Mid-Level Digital Strategist at F&B Huskies plays a vital role in supporting the Senior Digital Strategist, focusing on executing and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with expertise in data analysis, campaign performance enhancement across various digital platforms, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
* Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across an omnichannel mix including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
* Forecast monthly, annual, and campaign-specific KPIs based on data-driven insights.
* Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and various social media platforms including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
* Optimize campaigns to achieve client objectives, such as lead generation or conversion optimization.
SEO & Content:
* Apply SEO best practices to boost organic search visibility for client websites and content.
* Work with the content team to devise SEO-driven content strategies.
* Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website traffic and performance.
* Perform website audits to identify areas for improvement.
Analysis & Reporting:
* Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
* Digest data into insights and align performance metrics to overall business and marketing objectives.
* Assist Senior Digital Strategist with the development of measurement frameworks and KPIs, ensuring alignment of performance to overarching marketing and business objectives.
* Generate regular reports highlighting performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
* Develop and maintain visually appealing and easy-to-understand client-facing dashboards through Supermetrics and Looker Studio.
* Utilize data to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
Required Skills:
Understanding of Digital Strategy:
* Understanding of fundamental digital marketing principles and strategies.
* Ability to contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies.
Digital Platforms:
* Experience with various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
* Familiarity with organic social media platforms and their analytics tools.
Aligning & Understanding Metrics to Objectives:
* Strong understanding of key performance metrics and their alignment with business objectives.
* Ability to track and measure the success of digital campaigns against predetermined goals.
Digital Analytics:
* Ability to derive meaningful and actionable insights from data.
* Knowledge of Supermetrics for automated reporting and Looker Studio (Data Studio) for data visualization would be beneficial.
