Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales & Platform Coordinator to optimize our partner acquisition and sales operations. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our use of digital platforms (Edvisor) to drive lead generation, sales conversions, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, is highly analytical, and understands the dynamics of B2B recruitment in the education sector. By supporting and streamlining sales processes, you will play a key role in increasing partner engagement, improving data-driven decision-making, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize our presence on Edvisor and other B2B recruitment platforms to maximize lead generation and partner engagement.
* Maintain and analyze key sales data (pricing, course offerings, and partner details), ensuring accurate, real-time updates that drive decision-making.
* Assist the sales team by providing key insights and up-to-date market data, helping them negotiate and close deals effectively.
* Identify ways to improve the efficiency of the B2B sales process, ensuring all stakeholders are trained on best practices for using sales tools.
* Work closely with the B2B sales team to align platform strategies with commercial objectives, ensuring visibility and high conversion rates.
Qualifications
* Experience with B2B sales.
* Proficiency in Edvisor is required.
* Strong analytical skills to track and enhance sales performance through data insights.
* Ability to optimize Edvisor and other sales tools to drive partner engagement and revenue.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with international partners and provide valuable insights that support sales efforts.
* Understanding of agency partnerships and the role of digital tools in B2B recruitment.
* Experience in international education or study abroad sector is preferred.
