Requirement for ERP Project Manager to lead and drive the end-to-end deployment of an ERP system across core business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
* Lead cross-functional teams consisting of internal and external resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Develop project scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
* Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.
* Facilitate meetings and presentations to stakeholders and senior management to communicate project progress, issues, and risks.
* Collaborate with the implementation team and other stakeholders to resolve project-related issues and risks.
* Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet the business requirements.
* Mentor and train project team members to ensure their professional development.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager with experience in ERP implementation.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, etc.
* Strong knowledge of various modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
