Human Resources Business Partner – Temporary (until July)

As a fast-paced and growing organisation, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRBP to join their team on a temporary basis to support their HR function. They are looking for a mid-level HRBP who can step in immediately and make an impact until the end of July. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in employee relations, specifically in running investigations and disciplinary procedures. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, comfortable working in a busy environment, and have the confidence to push back when needed, ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support and guidance to line managers and employees across various HR functions.
* Lead and manage employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary matters.
* Partner with managers to ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
* Drive HR initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Offer professional advice to managers on complex employee issues and escalate when necessary.
* Support the delivery of HR services with a focus on process and efficiency.
* Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and compliant with legislation.
It is expected you have:
* Employee Relations Experience – Proven experience handling investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Process-Driven – A highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage HR tasks efficiently and accurately.
* Confidence and Assertiveness – The ability to push back when needed, without absorbing the line manager's role.
* Adaptability – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes busy, environment.
* Strong Communication Skills – Comfortable communicating with employees at all levels of the organization.
* HR Experience – Ideally, at least 3+ years of HRBP experience.
