Desktop Support Engineer
Contract | €160/day+ | Dublin
Our client eagerly seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1st & 2nd support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
2. Assist in Desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation.
Requirements:
3. Industry certifications and relevant experience are required.
4. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS.
6. Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
