Warehouse Manager Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Portlaoise coldstore, part of the Northraven Group with stores in Roscrea and Mallow. The successful candidate will manage a large site, leading a team of up to 35 staff and maintaining high performance levels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain a safe working environment within the warehouse facility
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of up to 35 staff members
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
* Liaise with 3rd parties, including maintenance contractors, auditors, and customers
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure operational efficiency
