The Role My client, an international wholesale distributor is seeking an experienced French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their operations based in Mullingar. This is a full-time, office-based, 1 year fixed term contract with the possibility of permanency. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience. Tasks & Duties Accurately input customer information into the registration system, ensuring a high level of attention to detail. Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries, following up promptly to maximise opportunities. Maintain and organise contract files to ensure easy accessibility and compliance. Consistently achieve company sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualify leads, manage referrals, and proactively engage in cold calling to generate new business. Provide internal Key Account Management support as required. Drive productivity and meet performance benchmarks, contributing to team success. Assist the Sales Manager with designated tasks and projects, contributing to the team's overall success. Any ad-hoc duties as they arise. Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Fluency in both written and spoken French is essential. Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, sales, tele sales or account management. Excellent communication skills with an excellent telephone manner. Computer literate with accuracy and strong attention to detail. Previous telemarketing and outbound call experience is desirable.
