Job Description As Accommodation Assistant at Park Hotel Kenmare, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation throughout guest rooms and public areas.
You will be expected to deliver an exceptional experience that reflects the prestige of our brand and ensures our guests enjoy the utmost comfort during their stay.
Key Responsibilities: Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a five-star standard.
Ensure all linen, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities are replaced and presented according to hotel policy.
Follow daily cleaning checklists and room assignment sheets.
Report maintenance issues, lost property, and damages promptly to the supervisor.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Handle guest requests and interactions in a courteous, efficient, and discreet manner.
Maintain trolleys, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Support sustainability initiatives by following waste reduction and recycling protocols.
