Job Summary
This is a comprehensive role that encompasses all aspects of customer relationships within the fleet division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, contract administration, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cover all aspects of the relationship with fleet customers, including administration of customer accounts and agreement on fleet lists for monthly invoices.
* Manage contract renewals, accounting for contract invoices, and inputting job sheets in a timely manner.
* Oversee the reconciliation of monthly fleet lists to monthly invoices, ensuring accurate records and prompt payments.
* Ensure customer accounts are up-to-date and aligned with agreed terms, including mileage reconciliations and year-end audits.
Requirements:
* Excellent systems knowledge (WMS & ERP), with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software.
* Ideal qualifications include a recognized accountancy certification (ACA / ACCA / CMA) or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the fleet management or accounting sector.
