Increasing demand for our products and services has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced:
Bulk Gas Systems Technician
LOCATION: Leixlip, just outside Dublin
EDUCATION: Relevant Engineering qualification, e.g. Diploma or related apprenticeship training.
EXPERIENCE: Providing engineering, operations, and maintenance support, health and safety focus and electrical / electronic technical experiences.
CONTRACT: permanent
SALARY: competitive salary + annual bonus + competitive benefits
What you’ll be doing
* Monitoring equipment and system performance to ensure it meets the required standards for delivery.
* Trouble shooting and fault finding, carrying out modifications and repairs as appropriate.
* Maintaining accurate records on system performance.
* Developing operating procedures and method statements.
* Ensuring plant operations adhere to strict safety protocols and taking remedial actions when necessary.
What we’re looking for
* An uncompromising approach to safety in all aspects of the organisation.
* Relevant Engineering qualification, e.g. Diploma or related apprenticeship training.
* An understanding of facilities/plant operations, or experience in a similar or related industry.
* SCADA and PLC experience, the ability to troubleshoot and make good and timely decisions, beneficial.
* Familiar with method statements / Procedures.
* Electrical/Electronic technical experience.
* Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* PC skills (MS applications).
