About Your New Job as a Service and Warranty Administrator
* Manage warranty claims, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting workshop operations.
* Process claims, prepare reports, coordinate with technicians, and maintain strong relationships with bodybuilders and dealerships.
* Assist with workshop tasks, including job opening, invoicing, and PDI booklet management. This is an office-based role that will also involve collaboration with the workshop team.
What Skills You Need
* 5+ years’ experience in the motor industry is essential, particularly in warranty or workshop management.
* Excellent attention to detail, data entry, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively with technical teams, bodybuilders, and external partners.
* Hands-On Approach.
What’s on Offer
* €60,000 - €70,000 – negotiable.
* 21 days annual leave.
