Our client, a global manufacturing organisation, are seeking a HR Generalist for a role based in Limerick. This is a 12-month contract.
Your new role
* Ensuring data accuracy in the Central HR Information System and compliance with company procedures.
* Managing recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various departments and global locations.
* Handling payroll preparation for specific regions and managing leave requests.
* Developing induction and training programs, sponsoring further education, and facilitating career development.
* Overseeing Industrial Relations, updating policies, and managing Employee Relations.
What you'll need to succeed
* 3+ years of HR experience in a Generalist capacity.
* Third-level qualification in HR.
* International recruitment experience for mid-senior level roles.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and unionised settings.
* Proficiency in payroll operations.
