Senior Administrator (Minute-Taking & Company Secretarial)
Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation, is seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator with extensive experience in minute-taking at meetings and governance administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Committee & Board Support
o High-level minute-taking at senior board and committee meetings.
* Legal & Compliance Administration
o Handling governance-related correspondence and liaising with solicitors and external stakeholders.
o Maintaining legal and compliance files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
o Supporting compliance functions, including preparing reports and collating documents.
o Processing and managing applications for trust funds and grants.
o Presenting grant submissions at meetings and liaising with beneficiaries.
o Maintaining funding schedules and coordinating approved payments.
* General & Office Administration
o Assisting with estate and legacy matters, maintaining records and correspondence.
o Diary management and scheduling for senior management.
o Managing office supplies, correspondence, and event coordination.
Ideal Candidate:
* Must have: Extensive experience in minute-taking at senior board and committee meetings.
* 5+ years senior-level administration experience, ideally supporting board functions.
* A Company Secretarial qualification is essential.
* Excellent writing and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, adaptable approach.
