Bookkeeper Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bookkeeper to help review our Xero platform setup, configuration, and operational activities.
Responsibilities
* Manage Financial Transactions: Process and record payments, invoices, income, and receipts with precision.
* Prepare Financial Statements: Develop and present monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
* Complete VAT Returns: Accurately prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Account Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile business accounts, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
* Administrative Assistance: Assist with administrative tasks, including supporting the Accountant with the preparation of yearly accounts and financial documents.
* Vendor Management: Process vendor payments and track bank account balances.
* Financial Accuracy: Monitor for inconsistencies in financial accounts and work with the Accountant to rectify any errors.
