Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Assurance Testing AnalystContract: PermanentWorkplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week in Swords Office, County Dublin, IrelandHours: 37.5 hoursReports to: Director, Regulatory Compliance We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Assurance Testing Analyst to join our GVSPE team. In this hybrid role, 2 days based in our Swords office, you will ensure our organization adheres to all relevant regulations, laws, and policies.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do Execute monitoring tasks in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan.Prepare and issue reports detailing observations, findings, and recommendations, ensuring resolution of findings.Present findings and recommendations to the Director of Compliance.Assist in reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures.Deliver compliance training programs.Apply analytical skills to identify potential weaknesses or exceptions to policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in regulatory compliance testing/monitoring, with at least 1 year of related experience.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with EU regulations and key regulatory developments is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to use initiative to resolve problems and provide effective solutions.Excellent written and oral communication skills.LCOI or other relevant certifications are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
