Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Audit IR Licence Holder to join our client's growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead audits from planning through to completion, managing the full audit cycle
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery
* Review and finalise financial statements and ensure compliance with auditing standards
* Supervise junior auditors, providing support and guidance on technical matters
* Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee all aspects of audit compliance and advisory
* Contribute to business development efforts and seek new opportunities for the firm
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualification with an Audit IR Licence (essential)
* Proven experience managing audits within a UK practice
* Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients
* Strong ambition to develop and progress within the firm
