1. Managing a small team of customer service advisors to achieve our Grade of Service measure
2. Providing ownership and directional planning for our Delivered in Full On Time (DIFOT) measure with responsibility for sustained improvement and associated revenue benefits
3. Ensuring that the customer service advisors are fully up to date on all BOC’s products and services and can support ongoing campaigns and promotional activity
4. Assist in the development and utilization of our e-channel, particularly around the ability to register new customers on-line
5. Ensuring that the out of hour’s service is fit for purpose with ongoing review of its level of activity, value for money and effectiveness
6. Ongoing root cause analysis of incoming query types to reduce non-value added queries and drive improved performance
7. Ensuring the accurate creation of all new accounts and the ongoing review of customer master data which will drive our understanding of the customer and our ability to deliver on our commitments to them
8. Toensure SHEQ compliance for the Customer Care Team and to promote positiveengagement in achieving the Departments SHEQ action plan
What makes you great
9. You have experience in customer service/customer facing roles and some experience of managing or leading a team of people
10. You have good knowledge of systems such as MS Office, SAP, SRM and an understanding or our products and services
11. In addition, you can work on your own initiative to deliver results against challenging targets and have some experience in change management
12. You can demonstrate a commitment to SHEQ objectives and carry out responsibilities in line with these objectives
13. Moreover, you have a high level of personal integrity
