Administrator - Athenry
I am currently seeking to hire an Office Administrator on behalf of our client, who is based in Athenry, Co. Galway. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support in order to ensure the smooth running of the office and assist with various day-to-day tasks. This position involves a strong customer service element, particularly assisting members with general inquiries regarding benefits and support services.
Initial 3-month contract with a view to extension for the right candidate. Onsite Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Assist members over the phone with their queries.
* Receive and process member payments via the membership database.
* Provide support to the Regional Office remotely, on the phone, and with specific campaigns and projects.
* Assist with administrative tasks surrounding Regional Branch AGMs.
* Support the election processes.
Experience & Skills
* An enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated individual.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working with online file sharing and database systems, particularly Microsoft Office and Teams.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
* A team player who can also work independently.
* Maintain high standards of quality, service, and accountability at all times.
