Full-time general operative position available, from Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: Shannon Airport
Job Description
1. Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells, and toilets.
2. Vacuuming, dusting, and washing floors and walls.
3. Sweeping, floor polishing, and waste disposal.
4. Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
5. Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
6. Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
7. Ensure the toilet facilities are kept clean, and supplies are replenished when required.
8. Organise necessary supplies for cleaning toilet facilities.
9. Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators.
10. General housekeeping and cleaning around the building and litter control.
11. Washing, drying, and ironing items necessary.
12. Inform the Supervisor/Manager of stock required for replenishing purposes.
13. Undertake any other duties as requested.
Requirements
1. Experience in a similar role.
2. Good working knowledge of English.
3. Knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices.
4. Knowledge of how to use the equipment necessary to carry out the assigned tasks.
5. Garda vetting required.
