About the Role
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for creating an excellent shopping experience for our customers. This will include interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring stock loss controls are followed, maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assisting with the stock count process.
We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not essential if you have the right attitude.
