Administrator and Bookkeeper for Construction IT Alliance (CitA)
This is a 12-month contract part-time position.
About CitA
CitA runs a Skillnet Training Network called CitA Skillnet, focusing on ICT training needs within the Irish construction industry.
CitA Skillnet Training Network Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update the CitA Skillnet website with current training information.
* Collect and upload training profile forms onto SONRAI, the Training Management System.
* Provide status updates of training forms to the CitA Skillnet Training Manager.
* Enter data onto the Skillnet database with high accuracy.
* Use Survey Monkey to collect participant data and manage registration processes.
Administrative Support:
* Track attendance with trainers and maintain training records.
* Gather evaluation forms from training participants.
* Work closely with training providers to gather schedules and update the company website.
* Identify underperforming training initiatives and promote them among members.
* Create marketing materials on Canva.
Client Relations and Bookkeeping:
* Manage client relationships using CRM platform HubSpot.
* Record income and expenditure in finance software Quickbooks.
* Record Skillnet income and expenditure in the Skillnet Ireland database.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe PDF, and PDF Exchange.
* Experience working as an administrator in a professional setting, preferably in construction.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
