The Role:
We are seeking a recruitment consultant to:
* Build a personal book of business.
* Meet or exceed target fees and KPIs.
* Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements.
* Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
* Take ownership of personal and professional development.
* Lead by example and demonstrate Cpl best practices and core values.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of industry sectors and functional areas.
* Contribute positively to social media platforms to drive networking, candidate identification, and client relations.
Requirements:
* Experience in agency recruitment, sales, client relationship building, and business development.
* Desirable: temp/contract or permanent agency experience.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Good IT skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient, and customer-centric individual.
* Proficient in working independently.
