Experienced Senior Residential Property Manager with a commendable track record and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in block management.
The ideal candidate would have:
1. A valid PSRA license and valid driving license and the use of a personal car.
2. Committed property professional who is a good team worker.
3. Knowledge of building structures including plant and equipment.
4. Ability to exercise discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information and willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic positive environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace and property-related CRM systems (i.e., Blackman) is a prerequisite for this position.
6. Strong customer focus and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
The Key Responsibilities include:
1. Daily communication with clients, attending/chairing director’s meetings, AGMs, and EGMs.
2. Staying up to date with relevant legislation e.g. the MUDs Act of 2011, the PSRA agent contract, and having a comprehensive understanding of OMC lease agreements and the covenants within them.
3. Dealing with building structural issues, organizing planned preventative maintenance schedules, and budgeting.
