Non-Domestic Property Survey Lead
Contract Duration: Until December 31st, 2025 (with possible extension)
Location: Dublin (2 days a week Hybrid)
Salary: Up to €70,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a Non-Domestic Property Survey Lead to oversee the coordination and delivery of a key Leakage Reduction Programme (LRP). This role is crucial in supporting water services by ensuring accurate data capture and quality assurance across various systems and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full coordination of the Non-Domestic Property Survey programme.
2. Collaborate with internal teams (LRP, IT, AI, IDD) to develop and maintain schedules, ensuring targets are met.
3. Lead quality assurance processes for data captured via the Trimble app.
4. Produce management reports and provide status updates to senior management.
5. Facilitate the implementation of system improvements and handle project risks.
6. Oversee change requests and post-survey exceptions to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. A third-level qualification in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
2. Strong technical expertise and experience in managing large data sets.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Experience with water utility systems (e.g., CC&B, Maximo, GIS) is a plus.
5. Stamp 4 or EU Passport holder only.
Additional Information:
Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the Dublin office.
