Sales Manager
Location: Florham Park, NJ (In-office position)
Travel: Up to 30%
Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This is an in-office role ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in health and beauty aid, retail sales, broker management, and direct sales to grocery retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the health and beauty sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with health and beauty retailers, ensuring long-term success.
3. Manage and optimize performance of brokers and sales representatives.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales objectives with marketing and business goals.
5. Travel up to 30% to meet with clients, attend conferences and trade show events, and explore new business opportunities.
