Overview: The IT Cloud Services Administrator plays a critical role in managing and maintaining the organization’s cloud infrastructure. As businesses increasingly migrate to cloud platforms, the demand for skilled administrators who can ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of these systems is paramount. This role is responsible for overseeing cloud resources, implementing best practices for cloud operations, and collaborating with other IT teams to support organizational goals. The IT Cloud Services Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for cloud service issues, ensuring that services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud run efficiently and effectively. Additionally, they will work to improve system performance, reduce downtime, and provide technical support to teams across the organization, thus enhancing the overall productivity and business agility.
What You Can Expect To Do:
* Manage SaaS applications and adopt best practice in a cloud-first strategy and distributed workforce.
* Build and manage automation tasks.
* Manage and maintain our Microsoft 365/Entra ID environment.
* Troubleshoot ticket incidents and fulfill service requests.
* Automate tasks wherever possible and reduce manual work.
* Develop, manage, and update documentation of all Employee Technology projects.
What We Are Looking For:
* At least 2 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, managing and supporting the Microsoft 365/Entra ID environments.
* Knowledge of Mobile Device Management tools (Intune, Jamf) and collaboration platforms (Google Drive, Slack, Zoom).
* Experience with PowerShell and other scripting tools.
* Familiarity with security best practices and data protection across all cloud services.
* Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
* Ability to think creatively and come up with proactive ideas.
* Ability to interpret business requirements and deliver value-added solutions in an agile manner.
* Ability to manage several inter-related and potentially competing priorities in parallel.
* Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
* Participate in on-call rotations to lead responses to critical incidents, working collaboratively with other teams to expedite resolution.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications:
* Experience deploying solutions and security policies with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Administration.
* Implement and administer Entra ID services, including Resource Groups, Automation Accounts, Key Vault, Network Security Groups, and Azure Virtual Desktops.
* Experience implementing Microsoft Entra Conditional Access.
* Experience managing endpoint protection platforms and Microsoft security offerings.
* Experience with automation solutions and/or Google App Script would be a plus.
The Following Certifications Are a Plus:
* Microsoft Azure Administrator.
* Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
* Google Cloud Certified - Associate.
* Google Workspace Administrator Certificate.
* Microsoft Azure Security Technologies (AZ-500).
* ITIL Foundation.
