My client, an innovative global pharmaceutical company, is looking for an International Product and Business Development Manager. The role is based in Dublin and offers hybrid working arrangements.
As International Product and Business Development Manager, you will support their international team in the Pharmaceuticals Business Unit for the Swiss and CEE markets. You will have responsibility for maintaining and developing relationships with Licensees and Distributors in International Markets.
We are looking for an ambitious, innovative, resilient, and independent marketing and business development personality with a hands-on mentality who will grow and develop this exciting role.
Your responsibilities
1. Support and maintenance of the products/brand for which you will be responsible
2. Management of relationships and contracts with API Licensees and Distributors
3. Preparation of analysis and decision-making for strategic product/range developments/adjustments as well as their implementation and introduction
4. Monitoring and analysing international market trends, market data, competitor analysis, statistics, and evaluations
5. Development of business plans for market expansion, product launch strategies, and product roadmaps
6. Creation of international marketing concepts/tools and support for implementation in our local markets
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or science
* 3-5 years of professional experience in product development and/or international product/brand management in the field of Medicinal Products
* Financial acumen, strong analytical thinker, and ability to translate data into insights
* Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
* Networking skills, ease to motivate people in a matrix organization, and used to working in a highly collaborative way within an international environment
* Proactive, structured, organized, and performance-oriented individual with an inspiring personality and entrepreneurial mindset
* Ability to multi-task, effectively lead and coordinate project activities
* Willingness to travel
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
