About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join this growing and dynamic company.
This role will be responsible for leading the brand strategy across both digital and on-site platforms, driving social media presence, ensuring brand protection, and collaborating across departments—including HR—to align recruitment strategies with employer branding.
The successful candidate will work closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity.
A key aspect of the role will be monitoring competitor activities and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management:
Develop and execute the company's social media strategy, creating engaging content to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement
Brand Auditing:
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including digital assets and physical materials, working closely with the Graphic Designer
Digital & On-Site Branding:
Manage all digital branding efforts while ensuring consistent application across physical locations
Competitor Analysis:
Monitor and analyse competitors' branding and marketing activities, providing insights and strategic recommendations
Collaboration with HR:
Support employer branding initiatives and align marketing strategies with recruitment efforts, including graduate attraction campaigns
Corporate Events & Functions:
Plan and coordinate corporate events, ensuring all branding and promotional materials align with company messaging
Cross-Departmental Liaison:
Work closely with different teams to ensure brand consistency and provide guidance on visual identity and messaging.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on social media management, branding, and digital content strategy.
Experience in the construction sector is beneficial but not essential.
Proven ability to manage social media campaigns and uphold brand integrity across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of competitor analysis and market research.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with graphic design and creative teams.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, or photography is an advantage.
