Temporary Clerical Support Role in Payroll Department
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to provide clerical support in our Payroll Department on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing databases, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate payroll databases
* Process and verify payroll information
* Monitor and report any discrepancies or errors
Requirements
* Previous experience in an Accounts/Payroll Department (desirable)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced)
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Own transport required for site-based role
Working Arrangements
* Duration: 3-month contract with possibility of extension
* Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
* Pay: €18.82 per hour
