We are looking for a HRIS Specialist to join a dynamic team.
This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented and data-savvy, ready to make an impact by optimising HR systems and processes.
The Role: Manage and maintain the HRIS system, Access People XD (formerly CoreHR), ensuring data integrity and seamless functionality.
Conduct regular audits to uphold data security and accuracy.
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, payroll, and gender pay gap.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, including GDPR.
Support payroll processing and collaborate on HR projects, including process improvement and system upgrades.
What We're Looking For: Proficiency in Access People XD (formerly CoreHR) is required, with at least three years of HRIS experience.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Experience in gender pay gap analysis and reporting.
A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to present complex data in a meaningful way.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
