ESG Reporting Specialist
The ESG Reporting Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU Taxonomy reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a roadmap for annual CSRD and EU Taxonomy reporting, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
* Lead the implementation of compliant CSRD reporting, coordinating double materiality assessments and defining reporting requirements to drive data gathering processes.
* Work with cross-functional teams to update policies, establish metrics, targets, and action plans, and manage the assurance process, including digital tagging.
* Provide guidance to data providers, supporting them during data submission, audits, and audit remediation activities.
Requirements:
* Recognised third-level degree or qualification in Accountancy, Science, Engineering, or similar.
* 1-3 years of relevant experience in sustainability/ESG reporting, financial reporting, audit, or corporate reporting settings.
* Competence in reporting systems, project management, and regulatory compliance, as well as knowledge of ESG Reporting frameworks, particularly CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
* Experience with ESG data management, analysis, and verification, and familiarity with sustainability reporting tools and software are desirable but not essential.
