Overview The position of Patient Liaison officer Grade VII occupies a pivotal role within the structure of Connolly Hospital.
It encompasses both managerial and administrative responsibilities.
The Patient Liaison Officer leads staff in providing a quality service to our patients and their families with emphasis on improving communications, obtaining patient feedback and implementing initiatives for improvement .
In addition, the Patient Liaison Officer will ensure that the Hospital meets the legislative requirements of Section 9 of the Health Act in line with the Your Service Your Say Policy and Open Disclosure Policies.
