About the Role
The AWS Global Support team is responsible for delivering world-class support to leading companies worldwide. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, assisting customers in getting the most out of their investment.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and troubleshoot OS Administration (Linux/Windows) and Network Essentials (TCP/IP)
* Assist customers with cloud computing issues on AWS, Azure, or OpenStack
* Provide expert-level support for system administration and network troubleshooting tools
* Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements
* Fluency in Mandarin
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technical Customer Service
* Experience with monitoring and/or troubleshooting
* Knowledge of Internet Fundamentals and TCP/IP protocols

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, OpenStack)
* System administration expertise
* Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools
* Experience with cloud services and deployments
