Job Title: Payroll Specialist
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our HR & Payroll team in a leading Insurance company based in South Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing in-house monthly payrolls.
About the Role
* Contract Duration: 12 Months (initially)
* Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 per annum
* Hybrid Working Model: 2 days in office per week

Responsibilities
* Process end-to-end payroll in a high-volume environment
* Manage up to 7 payrolls and act as the primary point of contact for any queries
* Perform tax calculations and manage BIK processes
* Issue payslips to employees and send payroll information to business leaders upon request
* Collaborate with the HR team as needed
* Work closely with the payroll team to provide advice to employees and management
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience
* In-house payroll experience is highly desirable
* IPASS qualification is required
* Experience working on end-to-end payrolls
